Unfortunately, there is none, there is no shortcuts. By shortcuts I mean, there is no success without a failure, and in order for you to be successful leader you need to learn first how to fail and do that often.
Moment a person can fail fast, and identify that it is a failure… person won’t be repeating same failure again, but embrace experience and move on avoid It.

3. Look though investments and define your strong points and weak points, expose them and start sharing your product prototype with market or relevant investors to seek attention to move forward. (Learn to pitch idea, and create a Business model).

If you want to create something or be a leader of some sort you first need to try things for yourself, be aware of situation, create this so called ‘gut feeling’, where you start sense where things go south and you no longer control situation but know a direction where you can shift. As a leader you define your expertise and based on those expertise you create your world, find your followers, all you need to do is simply do, learn, fail and afterword’s success is easily earned.
